If you work in Manitoba you need Manitoba Health integrated in your CHR as your billing solution.
You must complete the following paperwork from Manitoba Health:
A letter of Agreement (LOA)
Electronic Funds Transfer Form (EFT)
To integrate Manitoba Health into your CHR account, contact the TELUS Health support team through the in-app support bubble (see Contact us) and provide the following information:
Location of Service
Any additional settings by location
Your TELUS CHR contact will let you know once the integration is complete.
📌 Note: If you created insured bills before the integration, you can manually attached the newly integrated billing provider. See Connecting bills to newly integrated billing providers.
