If you would like Manitoba Health integrated in your CHR as a billing solution, please be sure to fill out all of the appropriate paperwork from Manitoba Health.

This includes:

  • A letter of Agreement (LOA)

  • Electronic Funds Transfer Form (EFT)

To integrate Manitoba Health into the CHR, please contact the CHR Team with the following information:

  1. Account Number

  2. Physician Number

  3. Skill Code

  4. Location of Service

  5. Any additional SETTINGS BY LOCATION

Your CHR contact will let you know once the specific billing provider integration is complete. If there are any bills that were created before the integration, they can be manually attached to the billing provider.
