You can add two types of notes to a billing item:

  • Notes to the provincial insurer (Billing provider) - some insured billing items require notes for them to be accepted.

  • Notes for internal use only - these are not submitted as part of a bill.

⚠️ Important: Ensure that you write your internal notes and notes to the provincial insures in the correct area of the bill.
