Once your Health Report Manager (HRM) connection is configured, your CHR automatically connects to and downloads HRM reports every 30 minutes by default.

CHR account owners can change this auto-polling interval to anywhere between 30minutes to 6 hours by clicking Settings > OntarioMD > Settings. Click the field under Polling Interval and select a timeframe. Click Save HRM Settings. The appropriate interval depends on how frequently your clinic needs to be aware of new reports.

If you are not an account owner and you want the auto-polling interval changed contact the TELUS Health support team through the in-app support bubble. See Contact us.

When HRM reports are processed in the CHR, patient matching is performed. Providers with matching license (CPSO) numbers receive the report in their inbox.

📌 Note: If you are registered to receive HRM reports, ensure your licence (CPSO) number is entered correctly in your profile (see Adding credentials to your profile).

If the report has been matched to a patient in the CHR it also appear in their chart (under Patient Files).

Account owners can manually download reports at any time by clicking the cloud icon in the upper right corner of the inbox and refreshing the page after a few seconds.
