TELUS Collaborative Health Record (CHR) is integrated with Stripe – a company that offers online payment processing services through websites and mobile applications. Clinics can process payments for private billing items from within the CHR. Clinics can also collect payments using an integrated Stripe point of sale (POS) Terminal.

Payment information entered is not stored in the CHR.

This feature must be enabled by the TELUS CHR Connect team. Please contact them at connectsupport@telus.com. You must set up the Stripe integration within your account. Refer to Configuring Stripe for your CHR.
