When you create or modify a user role, you can assign the role to multiple users.
To perform this action, you must have the Edit Roles and Edit Other Users permissions. For more information, go to User permissions.
💡 Tip: You can also assign a role to a user from their settings. From the main menu, click Settings > Account information > Users > Edit > Roles.
1. Add or modify the role you want to assign to users. Refer to Creating and modifying user roles.
2. In the Add New Role or or Edit Role Detail window, click the Users tab. A list of users currently assigned this role displays.
3. To assign users this role, click + Add user and then, using the Search field, search for and select the user(s).
💡 Tip: If a user you want isn't displayed in the list, they are either already assigned this role, or they are a new user who has not logged into their account for the first time.
4. Click Submit.
5. When prompted, enter your CHR login password.
