The TELUS Collaborative Health Record (CHR) has a number of user- and account-specific security settings in addition to the role-based security that you can create through the CHR user permissions settings.
The following account-specific security settings apply to all clinic users:

Lastly, you can decide to enable single sign on (SSO) for some or all CHR users at your clinic. Not only is this more convenient for users to login, but it also improves security. See Enabling single sign on (SSO) for your clinic.
