Improvements
British Columbia: Generating PDF WorkSafeBC (WSBC) forms 8 and 11
You can now generate a PDF of your patient’s WSBC forms 8 and 11 once you have saved or submitted them with an insured bill. This is especially useful if you want to see what you documented in a form or if a patient or lawyer requests a patient’s WSBC forms.
Open a saved or submitted insured bill and click the printer icon in the top-right corner of your WSBC billing item. The CHR generates a PDF that you can download, print, fax, or email with or without a cover page. See Generating a PDF copy of a WorkSafe BC form for more information.
Ontario: Provincial billing improvement - Viewing the transaction details of a bill
For bills created as of January 5th, you can now see transaction details of claims sent to MDBilling and claims returned from MDBilling or the Ministry of Health (MOH). Once you submit a claim, you see an information icon at the top-right corner of every billing item showing transaction details such as the status, paid amount, and MDBilling Claim ID. This is particularly useful when you want to see when you were paid, or when you want to see the history of changes made to a bill, for example the bill was submitted, it came back refused, changes were made to the bill and resubmitted, and then you got paid. See Viewing transaction details of your submitted provincial claims (Ontario).
