TELUS Collaborative Health Record Connect has several configurable settings for both the desktop version and the app. For more information on TELUS CHR Connect, refer to TELUS Collaborative Health Record Connect (for patients).

Steps

For Desktop users:

  1. From the sidebar on the right, click the gear icon and the Settings page opens.

For Mobile app users:

  1. At the top right, select your profile icon.

  2. Click Settings, and the Settings page opens.

Setting

Description

Email

Your email address. You cannot change this.

Phone Number

Your phone number. You cannot change this.

Biometrics

This only applies for the mobile app. To enable biometrics login, toggle On.

Password

Click Edit to update your password.

Notifications

Click Edit to update your preferred notification method and language.

Account

To delete your account, Click Delete.

Your clinic keeps a record of your file for legal and safety reasons. If you create a new account, we cannot sync your old records.

Deleting your account does not affect your status with your provider, but you can no longer book appointments online.

If you have any booked appointments, the system does not cancel them. Contact your clinic directly to cancel these appointments if needed.

📌 Note: To pay a bill using the TELUS CHR Connect app your clinic must be configured to accept payments.
