⚠️ Important: This is currently a beta feature. It will be available once the beta period is complete.

If you work in New Brunswick every provider must have MCE integrated with their CHR account before submitting insured claims.

📌Note: Your clinic and each provider must first register for the New Brunswick Medicare Claims Entry (MCE) system by contacting TELUS Health. We complete the following paperwork from New Brunswick Medicare:

  • A letter of Agreement (LOA)

  • EMR Location Registry Org ID Request Form

We then perform the clinic activation for you and configure TELUS CHR accordingly. These steps are for reference only.

If you are in the implementation phase, your Project Manager will work with you on this. If you are a new provider joining a clinic once they are already live using the CHR, your clinic lead must contact the TELUS Health support team through the in-app support bubble and provide the following information:

  • Provider Name

  • Physician Number

  • Fee for Service (FFS) Payee Number

  • Salary (SAL) Payee Number

  • Default Payee

  • Role

  • Service Location

  • Medical Site

  • Specialty

  • Provider Type

  • Any additional settings by location

Your TELUS CHR contact will let you know once the integration is complete.

📌 Note: If you created insured bills before the integration, you can manually attach the newly integrated billing provider. Refer to Modifying a provincial bill's billing practitioner, location, specialty and other information (New Brunswick).
