Using the Preventive Care Noncompliant analytics dashboard, you can produce a clinic-wide list of patients overdue (non-compliant) for each preventive care measure.

📌 Notes:

  • The information provided is our standard configuration. Your dashboard name, reports and criteria (age, gender, etc.) may differ. Use the information in your CHR as your primary reference. You can find the specific criteria in the analytics tiles. The workflow for tracking preventive care remains the same.

  • Non-compliance for each preventive care test or vaccine is based on a set of criteria. To view the criteria for each preventive care measure,refer to Preventive care management (Alberta and British Columbia).

If you need to add the Preventive Care Noncompliant dashboard to your CHR, contact the TELUS Health support team through the support chat.

Steps

  1. From the main menu, click Analytics.

  2. In the Dashboards search field, start typing Preventive Care Noncompliant, and select the dashboard.

  3. Set your filters (refer to Filtering analytics dashboards). Use the following table for reference.

Filter

Description

Primary Practitioner

Allows you to include/exclude patients with selected providers set as their primary practitioner.

By default, is not null and is not blank (i.e. all patients with a primary provider) is selected. To view analytics for only select providers:

a) Click the field and then, in the list, select is.

b) Select the providers to include.

Notification Method

Allows you to include/exclude patients with a specific notification method selected in their demographics.

Sex

Allows you to include/exclude patients of a specific gender.

Email

Allows you to include/exclude patients who either have or don't have an email address recorded.

Cell

Allows you to include/exclude patients who either have or don't have a cell number recorded.

Status Tags

Allows you to include/exclude patients with a specific status tag applied to their chart.

Patient Status

Allows you to include/exclude patients with a specific status. For example, you can exclude patients who are deceased.

The dashboard comes pre-configured with default criteria (age, gender, etc.) for each test and vaccine. However, if needed you can change the criteria.

📌 Note: If you change the criteria, the default criteria remains in the tile heading for reference only.

4. In the top-right corner, click the Load icon. For more information, refer to Viewing analytics dashboards.

The dashboard displays a list of non-compliant patients for each preventive care measure.

5. To view a patient's record, in the Patient ID/Link column, click the patient ID, and then click Patient Chart.
