You can manage and customize your CHR AI-powered features (Inbox and Writing tools) to ensure that they function in the way that you want.
📌Notes:
There is a monthly fee for CHR AI-powered features based on usage. Contact the TELUS Health Sales team for more information (refer to Contact us).
You must have the CHR AI-Powered Tool Management user permission.
Steps
From the main menu, click Settings > AI-powered Features.
Modify the following settings:
Setting | Description |
Token usage | Monitor your clinic's usage of AI-powered features, for more information refer to CHR AI-powered: Monitoring feature usage. |
Time saved in inbox for your clinic | Monitor your clinic's time savings of AI-powered features, for more information refer to CHR AI-powered: Monitoring feature usage. |
Document page limit | Set the number of pages for AI to analyze in your CHR AI-powered inbox. You can manage large documents more efficiently by setting a page limit for document analysis in your AI-powered inbox. A default limit of 50 pages is set for all documents. Documents exceeding your set page limit will be skipped by the AI analysis, are marked with a banner in your inbox, and will require manual patient matching. |
Prompt library | Customize the header/footer used when generating a letter.
Each letter type (encounter notes, sick note, referral letter or consultation report) has default header/footer text, but you can customize it to suit your clinic's needs.
Click a template to edit it. The Edit AI prompts window opens. In the Header and Footer text area, add or remove text and variables as needed. For more information, refer to Adding data variables.
💡Tip: You can also format your text with bold, italics, strike-though, underline, and bullet points. You can also add tables, text indents, and text alignment. |
