⚠️ Important: If you are using TELUS Collaborative Health Record (CHR) Connect, this option is unavailable.
If you require your patients to select a provider when they self-book appointments through your TELUS Collaborative Health Record (CHR) eBooking site (refer to Setting which provider(s) patients can book certain appointment types with when self-booking appointments), you can choose how providers display to patients: Name only, avatar (provider picture) only or name with avatar.
📌 Note: You can also add a bio for each provider that patients can read when they select Click to read my bio. Refer to Adding or updating your biography (bio) for your clinic's eBooking site (to update your own bio) or Updating a user's general profile information and settings (to add or update a bio for a provider).
Steps
1. From the main menu, click Settings > Scheduling.
2. Click the Extra tab.
3. In the Provider's Identity Display Option list, select one of the following options:
Name
Avatar
Name(or Initial) with Avatar
4. Click Submit.
5. Refresh your browser for the changes to take effect.
