Upcoming appointments now visible in the patient chart header
You can now see a patient’s next appointment in their chart header. This is useful when you're reviewing lab results and want to know if a patient should book an appointment or if you can wait to see them at their next appointment. Click the calendar icon to see a full list of upcoming appointments. For more information, see Viewing a patient’s appointments.
Exporting data by primary practitioner
You can now extract primary practitioner-specific data from the TELUS Collaborative Health Record (CHR). This includes data for Faxes: Outgoing, Faxes: Received, Imported Data, Patients, Patient Data, Patient File, Patient Lab File, Prescription, Qnaire Responses, Schedule, Cases, Patient Injections, Activity Logs. Scheduled time of update: Evening of October 26, 2021
No preparation is required in advance of the update. All CHR update activities are managed by TELUS Health via a zero-downtime rolling deployment in the CHR’s cloud infrastructure, which allows the system to operate without interruption of service during updates.
No data migration is required as part of this update.
