"Patient Data" filters work in a specific way. You can use them to get any information available in the patient chart. You must use the Patient Data Field filter in combination with the Patient Data Value filter:
In Patient Data Field, select the category or location of the patient data field. The name of the field follows this structure: Category|Property|Entity (e.g. Demographics|Contacts|Email).
In Patient Data Value, select or enter the value you want to filter on. For example, if you selected the Demographics|Contacts|Email field, you could enter "test@telus.com".
💡 Tip: We recommend you use the contains condition for best results.
4. At the top of the window, click the Load icon. The dashboard is displayed.
The list of all archived patients who match your search criteria is displayed. The total number of patients also appears at the top of the report.
5. To access a patient chart, click the ID in the Patient Link column, then click Patient Chart. The chart opens in a new browser tab.
