If a new user joins your clinic, you can set them up in a few easy steps. Adding a new user or provider in the CHR involves the following tasks:

  1. Filling out the user request form. The form must be submitted to emrsupport@gov.pe.ca or the TELUS Health support team through the support chat, see Contact us (administrator).

    📌 Note: Please submit the form in advance to avoid any delays with the on-boarding process. It could take 4-7 business days to receive EMR access.

  2. Signing up for CHR (user accepts email invitation).

  3. Updating your user profile information.

  4. Setting up the provider's schedule.
