If your clinic has analytics and you have permissions, you can run the following reports:

You can also run reports in the billing dashboard to show all unpaid bills and other standard questions. For a full breakdown of the billing report section, see Overview of the Billing dashboard.

If you run third party or private billing reports on a regular basis, you can create a Saved Filter to save time. See Creating saved billing dashboard filters.

  1. From the main menu, go to Billing, and the billing report section opens.

  2. Click the filter bar at the top, and the Current Filter window opens.

  3. Set Insurer to the type of bill you want to report on.

    • Private billing: choose Private Payment.

    • Third Party claims: choose Third Party.

    • Custom billing template: choose your custom template from the list.

  4. To show only unpaid claims, from the Statuses list, select Pending and Submitted.

📌 Note: The steps above cover the most commonly used reporting tools for third party and private billing. For a full breakdown of all the options within the Current Filter window, see Filtering the Billing dashboard.

  5. Click Apply. Your filters are applied and a report opens showing your results.
