Collaborative Health Record (CHR)

If your clinic is registered with MSP for population-based funding (PBF), using the CHR you can:

Bill for services that are covered under the PBF model.

TELUS Health must enable PBF for your system, and you must have your clinic's PBF payee number and facility number recorded in the CHR.
