⚠️ Important: Patients' mobile device systems should be up to date. They must be using iOS 13 or later, or Android 24 (7.0) or later to use the TELUS CHR Connect app. CHR Connect can also be accessed on a computer via a web browser at chrconnect.telushealth.com.

Version 25.2 - February 26, 2025

  • We’ve improved the virtual visit experience by adding screen rotation so patients can quickly switch from portrait to landscape mode.

  • When connecting their account to your clinic, patients with apostrophes in their name can now match with their patient chart.

  • Patients can now check a linked dependent in for a physical appointment. Additionally the Check In button is no longer cut off on Apple mobile devices.

  • We reduced the number of clicks required to add or delete credit cards in the Payment Method section.

  • If you have CHR Connect Pro enabled:

    • We improved the theme colours preview to better display how the colours show on your CHR Connect app.

    • Patients without portal access can now complete Qnaires for their linked dependents who have portal access.

Version 25.1 - February 4, 2025

  • When you disable portal access for a patient, they can connect to your clinic, however they cannot book appointments, or initiate messages. They can perform all other actions, including completing Qnaires, rescheduling or canceling appointments. If you remove access for a patient's dependent, the same applies only for the dependent.

  • When a patient requests an invoice for their dependent, the invoice message now clearly indicates who the invoice is for. Additionally, they can more easily see their credit card details when making a payment.

  • If you have CHR Connect Pro enabled:

    • Patients can now view and complete your clinic's self-initiated Qnaires in the new Documents section of CHR Connect. Refer to Setting up self-initiated Qnaires for CHR Connect.

    • A new Broadcast tab in the Messages section allows patients to view Active or Inactive broadcast messages.

    • The Broadcast section stays visible on the patients homepage even if the patient has not agreed to receive marketing content or if your clinic has no active broadcasts.

    • When a patient receives a push notification for their dependent’s physical appointment they can now click to view the appointment details.

    • Patients no longer receive push notifications for dependents after they are removed from their account.
