TELUS Collaborative Health Record (CHR) offers three patient-facing interfaces: eBooking, the patient portal, and the patient app (UpPatient). You can collaborate and engage with your patients using these tools, allowing them to play a more active role in their care.
These three interfaces are integrated within the CHR and allow patients to view their demographic information, request appointments, receive automated reminders and complete qnaires.
Patients can also send and receive messages using the patient portal and patient app.
