TELUS Health Connect comes included as part of your TELUS Collaborative Health Record (CHR) software. It is enabled by default for all new clinics. However your clinic may still be using one of our older patient-facing applications (eBooking or the patient portal).
You can collaborate and engage with your patients using these tools, allowing them to play a more active role in their care.
These three interfaces are integrated within the CHR and allow patients to view their demographic information, request appointments, receive automated reminders and complete qnaires.
Patients can also send and receive messages using TELUS Health Connect and the patient portal.

Enabling the interfaces
