The free TELUS Collaborative Health Record (CHR) Mobile app for providers allows you to stay connected to your practice and your patients while on the go. You can access your patient records anytime, anywhere – from any Apple® or Android™ smart phone. Through the security of our CHR infrastructure, the app allows you to:

You must have the TELUS CHR Mobile permission (see Modifying user permissions) enabled on your domain to use the mobile app. If you do not see this permission, contact the support team.
Once you have permissions, you must pair your device with the CHR. See Pairing a device with TELUS CHR Mobile.
📌 Note: You must be using iOS 13 or later, or Android 10 or later to use TELUS CHR Mobile.
